Lorraine is our operations manager. My role includes managing our accounting system, credit control, and the company's invoice mailbox, addressing all customer and supplier account queries. I compile health and safety documents, accreditation submissions, and manage the CITB account alongside Scott or the Operational Director. As well as all KPIs and internal reports for our weekly management meetings. I raise all planned works and update relevant trackers with dates and information about the work.
I joined the company with experience managing a national maintenance and security company. I have over 10 years of experience in the roofing industry, gained from my previous role. Since joining Billy and the team, we've collaborated to leverage our combined knowledge and experience to improve our processes and drive business growth.
